The most appropriate geographic jurisdiction I found that describes the boundaries of that area was Colorado State House District #60, but it also impacts Colorado State Senate District #5, U.S. Congressional House District Colorado #5, the towns of Buena Vista, CO, Salida, CO and Nathrop, CO (and perhaps a few other smaller towns and domiciles in between).
